Subject: Should a Director be responsible for herself? Like if she lets her pageant be fixed or rigged? Is she responsbile to herself or her contestants?

"Staff" can help or destroy a director. 's message, "I think the director should be VERY responsible for what their "STAFF" says, does or posts.
