They are two separate events 6 weeks apart. If you have 2 national pageants 6 weeks apart people don't try to get THEM at each other's throats. These events are NOT competing against each other. [> When I think of a "pageant camp" I think of other lil' contestants and queens running around playing with other lil girls who share the same interest.
