Subject: Bois quests

erm im having some trouble with Bois quests
i did the Glodilocks quest without any trouble but i have some things that are troubling me:
(oh and thanks to whoever posted the last message on bois as i never knew there was a quest where you took the wolves side of the three pigs)
with the one with granny once i get in and kill her take her stuff etc there is a knock on the door but i cannot get the person to come in - can someone please tell me what i say/do?
then with the three pigs i cannot get the wolf to come, i "lost" the quest once and i thought that might be part of the problem (i idled in the house^_^) or is it that huffing and puffing away the other houses causes the wolf to come to the safe house and THEN i start blocking it up?
and with the blocking up what do i do with the door, i found i could pull a chair but only away from it, how do i get it there in the first place?
