Subject: Cockroach in my head

Ehm, you know the Alchemist quest? I was searching in the storage room on the shelf and some cockroach attack me and enter in my head.
It said to "shake it loose before it's too late" but I don't know how to get rid of them. And they are biting my brain. And I'm almost dead.
Any suggestions?
