Subject: Scythe Forging

Im doing the scythe quest and have got everything but the blanket or linen i need to sharpen the scythe to the next stage
can anyone help?
id also appreciate it if anyone could tell me how to get a rune covered sickle by the name etc... it sounds like the druids but i havent even gone to the circle yet so if anyone could just tell me a little of it to get me started as i dont like whole solutions i only like a bit of help when im stuck
