Subject: Bois (again)

OK, this question is about the three pigs quest in which you defend the pigs, ive done it before to the fire couldnt figure out that syntax, until after the pigs had been eaten. When i went to do the quest again, the pigs told me to get out as i had broken into the po beaws house and been trying to blow down their houses and whatnot...i idled in the house for a while (i checked the objects and they were in their original positions and states, so no one had done the quest before me) but the wolf never came. Is the time for the wolf to attack the house random, as the first time i did it it was instantaneous, or can i not do it because the pigs hate me, or something else...
