Subject: new quest beginning?

i noticed something in the new watch house that may be the start of a quest...

in a hallway, exits to the w,e,n i think (n was the door to the 'Guilt of Watchemen' or something...), there is a dirty floor with a clean spot... the clean spot has an odd floorboard. the floorboard doesnt seem to fit with the rest of the floor and gets in the way of lumbering feet...

ive tried getting, prying, pulling, moving, tugging the floorboard etc...

theres some room spam about a watchman stubbing his toe/tripping on the board so i think the quest may be to sand it down or level it...

can you but a sander/plane anywhere?

my other thought was that maybe you could pry it up while holding a crowbar...

any other ideas?
