I found a building on Serpentine Way in CWC. There is a language institute with rooms for students of a certain nationality to learn a language. There is a room for agateans to learn morporkian, for morporkians to learn ephebian, for djelians to learn agatean and so on and so on. There was one other interesting feature, though. Upstairs there are a pair of classrooms. One was for agateans trying to learn Uberwaldean, and vice versa
