Subject: Rune covered Sickle

Hi guys, I have read all the messages on the rune covered sickle, but still can't figure it out. Do you have to do quests to get it, or can I just go kill the arch druid and hold the sickle? If there are more then one quest you have to do could you please baby me threw them. I Have lots of trouble with quests and find it unfair that I can't have this cool weapon:(
