Subject: Troll house on Vagabond

There's a house on Vagabond where, if you search a corner, there's a troll hiding there. If you go up to the attic of the house, there's a loose board in the east wall and troll footprints leading to it. However, I can't seem to find the syntax to do anything to it. Any clues?
