Subject: Possibly a new quest

If you go to Little Agatea and go up the staircase there is a locked door. Pick the lock and when you get in there there is a Adorable Little Rat there? It says that it looks like it needs a cuddle. You cuddle it and nothing happens ... you attack it though and oyu lose lotsa HP as it bites you once and vanishes!! Does anyone know the purpose of this. Also if you look at the crates there is a invoice for $20 ok someone right back please.
