Subject: Floorboard in Watch House

Okay, so I found this room in the new Watch House where there's a clean spot in the middle of the muddy floor. In the middle of that spot is a floorboard that doesn't quite fit. I've tried searching spot, floor, floorboard -- no luck. I've tried lift, move, pull, push, tug, twist -- still nothing. Is there even anything here, or is it just a big red herring?
