Subject: juggler on quirm street

theres a juggler on quirm street, if you whistle at him he drops his balls, if you pick them up he says 'hey who stole my balls but finds them again :o/

Anyone any ideas as to what to do with him, hes got a satchel on as well. If you steal all his balls he stops and syas something like i bet i can juggle that if you give them him back
