The Run isn't that difficult, though it's hard to post a walkthrough seeing as with 4 different teachers, it's possible to get 4 different courses. but general advice is as follows--
-- Read the cordat before you take the run. Copy/paste information that you need, as your examiner will ask you three question before you start.
-- Wear nothing, because the more weight of gear you have on your body, the more damage you take when you fall. With only a dagger and a light source, you CAN survive most falls.
-- Examine all nouns in a room description. There's no need for the disable command, as often all you need to do is look at everything and often the thing's description includes the way to defeat the trap.
-- advance your climbing skills-- these dtermine your ability to jump(especially ot.cl.ro)
