There have been some posts about this allready. First you need a brass bollard (someone said these are in one of the nurseries in Netherworld but i couldnt find it there myself :( But they are sold a lot on the player shop on the plaza so its not hard to get one) Then get a shovel and on to the quarry in Skund forest, 2 south from Diamon shop with Percy dig with the shovel in the ground (make hole and go down) drop bollard, watch scene, and get Tequilla bottle (scabbard) from 1 of the corpses. Done.
