Subject: T-Daggers

Ok heres the deal..hope someone can help me.

My friend just made a thiev and hes got him kinda decent right now and wants some T-daggers of his very own. I did the quest LONG ago and don't remember too well but i believe i had a 90 in stealing, 35 in slight-of-hand and a 60 in Lpick. and i did the quest just fine and got out with all my body parts conected..lol, But in the guide here it says you need co.lo.tr to do this and high one at that ad i know for a fact i had none what so ever, So could anyone here please give me some tips to give him? i coudl let him die..but i've given so much money to him i would get kinda mad >.>.
