Subject: 常向玉山買票的人注意

這是我的一個受騙的經歷，本來向玉山票務購買長榮台北飛澳門特惠票，
他們網站上註明是如要改期一律退票重開
我的時間安排比較無所謂，問了玉山的業務人員，她告訴我退票是全額退票，
並不扣手續費，只是要等航空公司發回退額約需三個月， 所以我才改期。
在經過四個多月後，他們通知我過去拿錢，結果金額卻是扣了我一千多元!
說是航空公司的手續費!經我詢問之下，聲稱當初說"全額"是指他們公司拿多少
航空公司的退額，他們都照那筆金額退。
姑且不論到底這筆錢是否真的是航空公司扣的，亦或是玉山票務拿走，但他們
的業務並沒有盡告知的義務就是不對!更何況信誓旦旦的告訴我"全額退" 在賣
機票的同時，還玩起文字技倆!
一千多元不是什麼大錢，但是覺得如此推諉!實在不是做生意之道!
