I've only been there once. Stayed at Tenggol Aqua Resort. Great place for diving, but snorkeling opportunities are limited as waters there can be rough and deep. For more info, check out my Tenggol trip diary in the Diary section on the main website.

Thanks for the info.
What about Pulau Gemia - I can't seem to find a lot of information on it. Just looking for somewhere perhaps a little quieter than Redang or Perhentians, with some snorkeling opportunities.

I've not been there but as far as I'm aware, Gemia Island is privately owned with only 1 resort on it, Gemia Island Resort (Gem Isles). Because of that, access to the island beaches and reefs are exclusively only for the guests, which should mean a very quiet & relaxed holiday.
