Subject: Help needed: Recom for lodging and Padi Open water

Hi all,
We are a group of friends whose interested in taking a PADI Open Water Course, currently we have 4 people. Could anyone kindly recommend a economical package (like which hotel has a cheaper package for PADI and lodging, etc) for our group as well as how can transport be arranged from Singapore to Redang.
This is our first time to Redang, so we'll be needing alot of advices.
