Subject: Transnasional

Hi,
Does anyone know where I can get coach tickets from Transnasional? I have been dialing this tel # 6294 7034/5 for days but no answer. Is the company still around?

Numbers are correct as far as I know (tallies with what's on their website) and I believe the company is still around (just back from Camerons and saw a number of Transnasional coaches on the NSE). Maybe it's simpler to just drop by their ticket booth at Kallang Bahru to book.

Rgds,
Alex.

Yes the co is still around. We just came back from Redang this morning. Just a word of precaution -- if you are buying tickets to KT, please insist that the number bus 1 or bus 2 is printed on the ticket.

When I bought the tickets 6 weeks ago, the tickets didn't have any indication whether they were for bus 1 or 2. I asked the counter staff and he said "no need, just get on any bus". This is not true. We almost couldn't get on the bus, luckily the driver at KT was nice and sorted it out for us but we ended up have to sit separately.

Also, their computer was down when we left on 6th Jun. The co set up a table outside the counter to sell tickets. So probably that's why the telephone calls were not answered. Their computer at KT office was down too when we were there yesterday.

Sorry, I mean coming back from KT-Sin there is bus 1 and bus 2 and this number needs to be printed on the tickets or else the driver will not let you get on.
