Not true, best to call the resort themselves or get first hand information for forumites.

Coral Redang! Why yes, they do have seaview rooms. Of the 40 units there, at least 5 units are facing the sea, well at least one facing directly, the other 4 are facing the sea at a diagonal angle, good enough in my book. The one facing directly is their premium unit - with a bathtub and living room.

Now if you're talking about a direct seaview from the balcony or window, that's a different perspective then. Some of the Coral Redang units have windows facing the sea.

As for Redang Reef, I walked there a few times this June visit and noticed that doors are facing the Tanjung Mak Chantik. Direct windows facing the sea, can't really say... Mmm...

But the other resorts definitely have seafacing views. I have asked the resort operators directly before and I can tell if they're telling like it is.

I suggest you call the resort directly ... they usually pretty straight with their answers. I wish there was a way for me to post my pictures of these resort units, that way you can see for yourself what I mean.

Now, Holiday Villa definitely (most definitely) have seaview units perched on rocky hilltops. Nice view of Pasir Panjang beach all the way to Redang Reef!
