Subject: berjaya redang or laguna redang?

hoping someone can provide some info on which is better in terms of value for $, beach and view.

planning a trip in apr'06.

Berjaya Redang has a more private beach as to Laguna Redang. Personally i prefer Pasir Panjang more which is the one Laguna Redang is located because you have a wider view of the horizon not to mention the chance of seeing sun rise. Where as Berjaya's beach is protected by two jungle on both side, so you can only see so much. As for water wise, both places have crystal clear water but Berjaya's beach is a lot of calmer cuz being protected by both mountains.

So, it is really your perference of quiet beach or happening beach.
