Author: You all need to take a break and give up this bashing stuff. It's getting really old and soon there will be no more pageants for anyone!
Subject: If you read these boards the answer is clear why Directors are quitting. The bashing is out of control. Directors get bashed before, during and after a pageant. No one is safe, Accusaitons fly and people believe them. It's a small group of Moms stirring up trouble.
