Subject: 頂級騎師墮馬何去何從？

蛇年馬圈有不少大事發生，最令人難忘是2001年5月30日墮馬意外，導致英國騎師夏力信至今仍活動困難，未能重跨馬背。其實o吾單止夏力信，以往有不少騎師在香港因墮馬被迫放棄騎師生涯，有「馬場警察」稱號的雷誠，雖然可以再在綠茵場上獻技，但巳無復當年勇，至於其他............

1）雷誠無復當年勇
89年3月25日，第2場5班千二米，雷誠策騎甘光達（巳散倉）馬房的「兆寶」墮馬，嚴重受傷昏迷，情況一度危殆，同場尚有「寶捷」（羅富全）、「海霸星」（葉楚航）相繼墮馬，屬於連環墮馬事件。雷誠係香港首位南非騎師，任簡炳墀主帥，奪87至88年冠軍騎師，88年香港邀請賽（香港盃前身）策「飛躍舞士」奪得首屆冠軍。有馬場警察之美譽，騎技了得，動作勇猛，又有生張飛之稱。

近況：
雷誠墮馬後返回南非養傷甚久，據聞他後來曾用在港賺回來的金錢去投資養馬，結果並不成功，其後又再復出策騎，也無復當年勇，根據南非馬會官方網頁顯示，00年至01年馬季，他曾打上騎師成績表前一百名位置，但最新一季巳不見有任何關於他的紀錄，究竟是否仍有策騎則不詳。

2）畢奇法國開倉
84年2月13日，畢奇晨操策騎「銀星一號」墮馬，頭盔飛脫後被馬匹踏正頭部，後腦受重傷昏迷。畢奇14歲策騎，17歲為大師傅，並於法國榮登榜首，揚名世界馬擅，畢奇成名之時，巫斯義、柏兆雷才是小伙子。畢奇騎功狠辣，在港評價甚高，76年在港與老摩（佐治摩亞）女兒米雪結婚，成為「摩氏兵團」成員，後卻協助陳毓麟奪得冠軍，打破老摩壟斷11年冠軍美夢（若非陳毓麟攔腰截住，老摩便會連奪12屆冠軍），為馬圈當年熱門話題。

近況：
畢奇目前在法國尚蒂伊開倉練馬，不過馬房養馬量只有六匹，俱為其好友擁有。由於行動不便，需要輪椅或枴杖協助行動關係，他大多數只在當地大賽日才到場觀戰，例如2001年10月初舉行之凱旋門賽馬日等。此外，他曾在2000年1月19日的沙田夜賽露面，當時還有馬迷認出他便是昔日策騎「老虎仔」贏出打o比大賽之好手，並上前打招o乎，令他感到十分高興。而畢奇與老摩女兒米雪曾是圈中模範夫婦，但最後離婚收場。
