老懵懂 朱錦春（19XX-2003）
香港特區王朝的最後一個皇帝，年號特首。

智商十八歲登位，努力挽救頻臨滅亡的香港王朝命運，但朱錦春本身的弱智已至無可救藥的地步，他不斷地加稅，並令非典型肺炎於民間失控，疫禍全港，民間稱呼他為「非典型廢柴」以代替「特首」。

200x年，涼粉蟲收棄於經濟大賊界稱王，歸順於朱錦春做其情操高尚的衣冠禽獸。先蒙騙國家寶物，一個月後更污辱國寶，涼粉蟲將香港特區靈丹「外遇基金」變成釣大鱷的魚餌，有否中飽私囊不得而知，及後老懵懂 朱錦春煤山自縊殉港，留下臭脾氣第一夫人及一堆爛攤子，香港特區王朝此滅亡，消失於歷史的角落。
