Just about every event organizer has gona through stressfull times during an event where attendees were complaining about a poor internet connection. When hundreds of people try to get on to a wi-fi network all at once, if the network is not prepared for this type of activity, it can bring down the service to it's needs. That's why companies started to come out with exhibitor internet and event wifi rental service packages.

A San Francisco based event wi-fi provider, Trade Show internet, offers it's customers two ways to get online during an event. For an exhibitor, probably a dedicated wifi internet kit that has 4g hotspot will be sufficient to do a product demo. And for larger events, Trade Show Internet offers a service called CONNECT which offers much faster wifi internet rental for being able to handle large bandwidth needs of professional event organizers. Either way, you should log on to provider TSI's website and check out their wifi internet rental service offers for event organizers and exhibitors.
