Subject: Samuel McGinnis - b. cir 1780 Westmoreland Co., PA

I am serching for Samuel McGinnis b. PA the s/o Francis McGinnis. It is believed that he lived in the Gallipolis, Ohio area for a period of time and possibly returned to PA. I have found the estate of a Samuel McGinnis 1833 in Westmoreland Co., PA and believe it to be my Samuel. Would love to exchange info with anyone having knowledge of this family.
