Depends on your PC. I have a program called DELL movie studio. I just hook up the video cables out to this composite device which runs to my PC. I open up my program and select 'Capture'. If you have anything like that then it's pretty easy to capture from your VCR and make movies,etc. Hope that helps & hope someone will tell me if they have the Warrior C-SPAN speech from 2003. Thanks.
