I'm sure it is still an option as is NWA/TNA. The bridges that were burned with WWA's premature advertising are small compared to Warrior's past falling outs with Vince and co.
I know Sting is probably around the same age as Warrior but he may be too old to pull off the surfer look again. But as we've said here many times, never say never. However I think if Warrior and Sting were to find themselves in the same promotion we would most likely see a reunion of The Bladerunners.
