Subject: Who suggested "Ultimate"?

I read in the biography section that when the Warrior joined WCW, there was a controversy on whether the word "Ultimate" could be used, because it was not clear who proposed it when he joined the WWF in the late 1980s.

In the very early days of the Ultimate Warrior in the WWF, he was in a match at Madison Square Garden. I can't say which one because we left before he had his match to wait at the back door of the arena to get his autograph. I said to him "Hey Dingo, why did you change your name?" and his reply was "Vince made me".
