Hi Cody. I agree that Warrior had all the tools to become a high flier when he began wrestling. However because of his physique, which was the best in the business at that time, he became a "power wrestler" using powerful moves to dominate his opponents.
If he were to return to the ring now I don't see him using highflying manoeuvres.
It would take time for him to shake off the ring rust from being out of action since late 1998 and get to level of the performer he was in the early and mid 90's. Learning how to execute ariel moves, however spectacular they would look, would be both pointless, as they are not part of the powerful style his character is based on, and time consuming.
