So they added to, or dropped words, to make the text conform to their wrong thinking. They could not eradicate the original theme; but we inherited their wrong thinking in our translations, and so we have the resulting direct contradictions. Unknown time periods they made endless. Salvation is for angels also. ‘All things were created by Him, and for Him’ (Col. 1:16). ‘For Thy pleasure they are and were created (Rev. 4:11).
