salam juga pada abg nizam.ada buyer nk beli geliga lipan dgn harga rm5000,000.00...tp bila sy baca balik post2 abg yg ada ni,abg xlayan broker..so kt sini sy nk bgtau,dgn sy skarang ada ramai sangat buyer2 yg cari barang2 mcm ni,smpai ada yg mampu bayar rm35000,000.00 jika geliga lipan telus pandang lebih dr 3dinding.tp sy ni broker,so fhm2 la ye bila owner xmau berurusan dgn broker,mungkin payah sket la nk cari buyer.salam
