well, i did what i should have done in the first place and went to the ofsa web page. I can confirm that ofsa is going to be held in tillsonberg, which can be found by going east on the 401 from london for about 35km then south on highway 19 for about 25 km. it is going to be at the place's only highschool.
"tillsonburg is an attractive, growing community located in southwestern ONtario on hwy. 3, just north of lake erie, boasting the widest main street in ontario..."
...couldn't find anything out about the track though....
