I'm not going to go into big detail here, but here's some of the JB-SB distance results from the meets off the top of my head.

SB 1500m
1. Nate Brannen 3:50-51 approx.
2. Gerry Groothuis 4:00-01 approx.
3. Derek Nakluski 4:04

JB 1500m
1. Adman Hortian 4:08

SB 800m
1. Nate 1:51
2. Gerry 1:56-57 approx.

JB 3000m
1. Adam Hortian 9:01

SB 3000m
I'm not even going to post the times since it was literally a jog. Nate won it in around 9:10 or something, and the rest of us were right behind/ no one was really racing in this one!
