Subject: GHAC results.

In the rain today at Mcmaster the boys distance results:

MB 3000m six guys all between 10:15 and 10:30

800m winner was 2:08 range second and third were both 2:15

Open Steeple was Jay C followed by Kyle Jones in 6:27 and 6:28

Senior 3000m Jay won by 45 seconds in 9:27

800m didn't get the time but I Morrison won in somewhere around 1:55 he also won the 400m in 51.0

JB 800 three guys all ran 2:05 in a virtual deadheat.

3000m first was 9:15 followed by a 9:28 and a 9:30. All three ran negative splits.
