Fridays 4x4 at the Metros qualifiers wasnt as fast as the TDCAA's but pretty good anyway, It will be an AMAZING race at metros on Friday. North Toronto won with a 3:34(sean lambert didnt seem to running all out, so i think then can be faster) Malvern took second with 3:35 North Albion second with 3:36 and Westview in 4th (3:40something i think). North Albion and Westview are capable of running at least 6-8seconds better because both teams had injured runners that were replaced by guys who run 58's Westview has a runner that can run sub 50 and North Albions injured sprinter is capable of low 52.
we will see what happens next week its gonna be a good race
