this is for anyone who wasn't there 800 was amazing with Matt Lincoln and Tripp coming in shoulder to shoulder at 1:52 and Morrison bronze it was almost exciting as the Nate Salah showdown and Salah actually led the race untill 700, when he dropped out. Took it out at 53, 1:22 at 600 and he apparently had some problems with 100 left right after his teamate Lincoln passed him, Lincoln's looked good in 1500 and Joe looks strong for worlds(hopefully) running an 8:41.
