I don't know James Barr I just looked at some results and saw the initials. This is actually quite funny...no hard feelings.
Anyways, Jeff Sheibler ran 13:29.15 at Stanford yesterday, he was second to David Kimani who ran 13:29.14. Would have been a cool race to see. Does anyone know why Sheibler didn't run World Cross because he's obviously in good shape?
