Things are going pretty well, it is really nice here, about 28 celcius day time high. Yesterday I received my first sun burn of the year. The last month I have mostly been just running miles getting ready to build for cross in the summer. I am doing about 60 a week, which isn't alot but it is a lot more then I ran in high school. I ran a 15k this weekend just for a long run, ended up running mid 52s. It was all right but I had been sick all week, I think I could have gone a fair bit faster. I am coming home around May 1st and will hopefully run 2 or 3 races this summer. Maybe a twillight 3k and 5k and two 10 k road races. Most importantly though I will be building for cross. Other then that not much, else is going on. What about you? Getting ready for track? I saw you are thinking of the mighty gold and black. Good call.

PS. The irony of the original post was that the poster was posting under my name.
