Sounds good. I am not sure how feasible 14:30 will be for me at that time, but that will be the pace I would like to at least roll through 3K at (69ish) and then see what happens. Hopefully we can get a couple of guys and make a go of it early. I was going to go to Ottawa but decided to run the Sporting Life 10K (may 6) because I figured if I am going to get lit up by some Kenyans I may as well do it in my own backyard as opposed to driving 4 hours, and that way I will be able to get a 5K on the track in early. There is one other TOC guy that I can think of that might be game, I'll see about him and keep you posted through Stewie and likewise.
