My pbs are kinda old since i don't get out to race much, but on 20 miles a week i ran a shitty 15:50 at 1999 junior nationals.(most erratic pace ever: some laps 1:10, some laps 1:20!!) and 34 min 10k on road in 1999. Horrible fuckin pbs!!!! How bout u?
