At 245 Bob Donker ran a 2.45 Marathon this past fall. After much thought Bob is thinking comeback. if he chooses to he will run very very fast. Bob ran 13.47 for 5000m as my teammate at West Virginia University and I know if he didnt blow out his achilles tendon just prior to the Canadian Olympic Trials he would have made the team in 1996. Now back in contact with his Mountaineer roots he will shock the running community back in the great White North.... Bob by the way ran a solo 3000m in Morgantown in 7.55.8 10 day's before the trials and let me tell you, he would have made it........

Good luck Bobby
