I think the first person that really made me feel welcome was Joe. Someone on icq had told me about the erotic stories in blowout and thought I should submit a few of mine. I did that but then discovered the chat rooms and couldn't resist peeking in. I think I left the first 3 or 4 times someone tried to pm me..LOL i was such a chicken shit..but then Joe started talking to me and showed me how to get on mirc. That seemed to give me the confidence to come back under the same nick and start talking to people, though it still took me a long time to talk in the room. I have my thetheart, Jewels, SBE and Socal to thank for that..they were a blast in the mornings, and made me feel like I was part of something. I think that's why it's so hard to "belong" to new rooms..the people aren't there that make chat easy and fun. I just can't find that same connection anymore...or maybe I don't need it anymore so it's not there for me...whatever, I'm glad I had the experience..I'll never forget or regret my days in chat.
