Well i guess its time to put my 2 cents in.
1st of all i was in blowout for 4 years and watched it deteriorate! it was a fantastic place and fun but the last 2 years was constant fighting and bashing and groups forming scaring away nebies and actually pushing peple around! the room was dying before it ended !
flooding is a very inconsiderate act that totally disrupts the conversation- conversations already going on! whether involved in a conversation or just following along i have always hated flooding it actually makes it miserable for others trying to have fun!
in blowout there was no way to stop it and believe me the more people complained or got angry the more the flooders did it!! why not? their doing for attention anyway!they know it irratates others and either don't care or enjoy doing it.
interesting things to note- if one person comes to the room and floods he's condsidered an asshole but once a small clique gets together and floods then its ok? i dont get it!
its really a power play to try and bully the room!
i couldn't help but laugh when listening to the flooders demanding to have the right to be inconsiderate assholes !
i also noticed how they immediately started bashing zara and boomer afterwards! another little power play? U bet ur ass!
I fought flooding and pop-ups in blowout constantly -i hate them! i fought all the time with some of the asshole regs in blowout the last 2 years but not ONCE since i left blowout! and i dont want to go back to that nor will I!
i prefer fun and companionship tho i've heard others say how much they miss the fighting and how much fun it was! horseshit! fighting is a waste of time and energy
Bravo for Zara and Boomer standing up to these would be bullies! its a shame that force needed to be used but neccessary when people act infantile!
if everyone is allowed to flood then why wouldn't any newbie cidiot come to the room and flood the shit out of it?
no one would like that and i've seen it happen! so why let regs do it? it doesn't make sense!
i prefer the room without cliques and with rules that basically say "no being an asshole"
a lot have said treat others as u would like to be treated but the flooders dont do they??
there are those who take advantage of the "no rules" thing and i've seen it destroy fun in a room
dont let that happen here!
