I agree that the singles do consistently take the longest to run in proportion to their car count. However, we are getting finished early enough with them running. Also, they are racers too, and they are here for the same reason we are! They spend plenty of money on their cars and bring their money to the track too! Why would you tell someone that their money is not welcome? My dad used to race an old Sportsman class car and these singles (to me anyway) are kind of like watching a throw back race. I think that running them last is a fine option! However, we all know that the Multi class is the premier class and I think it should still be run last. The reason why I think that is because a lot of fans want to watch that race more than any other race. After the races are over, those same fans like to go into the pits and talk to their friends and favorite drivers. If you run the Singles last, those fans will get antsy and may leave before the races are over. Then we lose the family atmosphere we are trying to sell (that is when I don't single handedly lose that atmosphere for all of us while I go on one of my patented stupidity tears!). Maybe we should run them in between the A class and the Multi class to give people that want to race both classes PLENTY of time to make the proper changes to their cars. Just my two cents.
