Start with a 118 needle jet (from FTZ), and make sure the jet that screws into it (main jet) is also a 118. Screw your booster all the way in (down) until it seats, then turn out 4 full turns. Make sure your needle clip is placed at or near the top. Seat your air screw (the small screw by the air bell) and then turn 1 1/2 turns out. Try that and if it still overloads then step down with the jets. Keep the needle jet and the main jet the same size. I run a 118 jet, with my needle clip on the 2nd slot down, my air screw at 1 1/2 turns out and my booster at 5 turns out.
