ATTN: ALL CONTESTANTS MUST BRING 5CANS OR BOXES OF FOOD TO BE DONATED TO THE LOCAL FOOD BANK FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON. THIS IS A FUNDRAISER TO ASSIST IN FILLING THE LOCAL FOODBANK FOR THE HOLIDAYS.

DEADLINE: NOVEMBER 6TH, 2005, Enter by Oct. 31, receive $15 off!!

Age Divisions: Baby Ms.(0-11 months), Teeny Ms. (12-23 months), Toddler Ms. (24-35 months),
Tiny Ms. (3-4 years), Little Ms. (5-6 years), Petite Ms. (7-9), Junior Ms. (10-12), Teen Ms. (13-16)
Miss (17-24) *MUST HAVE NEVER BEEN MARRIED, PREGNANT, OR CONVICTED OF A CRIME. NO GRACE PERIOD.

Division Queens will receive a stunning ANGEL crown, huge trophy, custom sash, & crown pin. Optional winners will receive a trophy, plaque or gift. NO ONE leaves empty handed. Grand Supremes will receive a Huge Crown and Trophy and cash award (* cash award will be given only with enough participation). No double crowning.
OVERALL ANGELIC FACE: $10 TO ENTER. THERE WILL BE 2 OVERALL ANGELIC FACE AWARDS GIVEN (0-4 AND 5-UP) THIS IS BASED ON FACIAL BEAUTY ONLY. WINNER WILL RECEIVE A CROWN AND A HOLIDAY BARBIE. (not included in supreme package deal)
People's Choice can be voted on at $1.00 per vote. Start collecting votes now and bring them the day of the pageant. Winner recieves a nice large crown and 5 ft trophy.
Ticket Sales: any contestant who would like to sell tickets can sell them for $1.00 each. IF you sell over 165 tickets, you will receive a 6 ft trophy and a nice crown and supreme pkg. pd. Tickets and money must be turned in by Nov. 9th in order to receive awards. There will be a drawing from the tickets sold for a cash prize.

There will be lots of surprise awards given out during the crowning of the supreme winners. Must enter supreme package to be eligible for the suprise awards. You do not have to pay extra in order to win a surprise award.

Dress: Contestants may model the dress of their choice.
Judging: Facial beauty (1-20) Poise/personality, overall appearance, eye contact (1-10)

There will be no practice, however I will be able to meet with anyone who needs me to meet them to collect photogenics and remaining fees.

**Director reserves the right to combine or break up age groups according to participation, pro-rate prizes according to participation or cancel pageant according to participation. NO REFUNDS UNLESS PAGEANT IS CANCELLED.

SUPREME PACKAGE: $65 IF ALL FEES RECEIVED BY NOV. 6TH.

All judges decisions are final. Ties will be broken with facial beauty scores. Scoresheets can be picked up after the pageant is completed or you may send a SELF ADDRESSED STAMPED ENVELOPE to have them mailed to you. There will be a $50 fee on all returned checks, plus any court costs that may occur while trying to collect.
