The Outer Rim Territory is a section of the SPUniverse that is seen by many planets to be secluded and ruled by tyrants. The truth is, the Outer Rim Territory is a confederation of 16 republics, all under the rule of the Tjorm, who reside and rule from their homeworld of Tjorma. The Tjorm are a powerful military state, but see themselves as more of an economically ruled society. This led to the creation of the Corporate Confederation, an economic, and basically political, bounding of all 16 planets under the rule of the Tjorm.
