I hate to say it, but if Paris Hilton is wearing it, there's a pretty good chance it costs half about a year's salary for most of us regular joes. I'm not familiar with this particular one, but I know she does wear a lot of Jacob & Co. watches. You might contact the company and see if it was a custom order they could replicate, or perhaps see if the website for 24 (the show Elisha Cuthbert is/was on) has a contact link. I'm sure they get weirder questions than "what kind of watch does Elisha wear?"
